The Sub-Committee of the Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage met at 9:10 a.m. this day, in the Manitoba Room of the Radisson Hotel Downtown, Winnipeg, Manitoba, the Chair, Sarmite Bulte, presiding.
Members of the Sub-Committee present: Mauril Bélanger, Sarmite Bulte and Benoît Sauvageau.
Other Member present: Judy Wasylycia-Leis.

The Chair made opening statements.
The Members and participants proceeded to a round table discussion and invited comments from the audience.
At 11:11 a.m., the Sub-Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
