Tuesday, October 20, 1998
The Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage met, in camera, at 11:10 a.m. this day, in Room 536, Wellington Building, the Chair, Clifford Lincoln, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Mauril Bélanger, Paul Bonwick, Sarmite Bulte, John Godfrey, Joe Jordan, Clifford Lincoln, Inky Mark and Mark Muise.
Acting Member present: Louis Plamondon for Suzanne Tremblay.
In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: Gaston Blais and Grant Purves, Researchers.
The Committee proceeded to discuss the drafting instructions for a report on Canadian cultural study.
At 12:10 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
