Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(a)(iii) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, November 2, 2017, the Committee resumed its study of the use of Indigenous languages in proceedings of the House of Commons.

Arok Wolvengrey, by videoconference from Regina, Saskatchewan, made a statement and answered questions.

At 11:25 a.m., Blake Richards took the Chair.

At 11:45 a.m., Larry Bagnell took the Chair.

At 11:55 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:03 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Perry Bellegarde and Ellen Gabriel, by videoconference from Kanesatake, Quebec, made statements and, with Roger Jones and Miranda Huron, answered questions.

At 1:05 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
