At 11:03 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 11:04 a.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(a)(ix), the Committee resumed its review of the Code of Conduct for Members of the House of Commons: Sexual Harassment.

The witness made a statement and answered questions.

At 11:20 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 11:21 a.m., the sitting resumed.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That the Chair make arrangements for an informal meeting with a parliamentary delegation from Indonesia on Wednesday, October 4, 2017; and, that members of the Standing Committee on Access to Information, Privacy and Ethics be invited to attend.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of Bill C-50, An Act to amend the Canada Elections Act (political financing), the Committee hear from witnesses on October 3, 5, and 17, 2017; and, that it proceed to clause-by-clause consideration on Thursday, October 19, 2017.

At 11:51 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
