Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Thursday, June 15, 2017, the Committee resumed consideration of Bill C-50, An Act to amend the Canada Elections Act (political financing).

Stéphane Perrault made a statement and answered questions.

At 12:04 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:05 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $10,900, for the study of Bill C-50, An Act to amend the Canada Elections Act (political financing), be adopted.

At 12:13 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
