Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(a)(ix), the Committee resumed its review of the Code of Conduct for Members of the House of Commons: Sexual Harassment.

The Committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the draft report be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Review of the Code of Conduct for Members of the House of Commons: Sexual Harassment".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and Analyst be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(a) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, October 19, 2017, the Committee commenced its study of services and facilities provided to Members of Parliament with young children.

At 12:05 p.m., Scott Reid took the Chair.

At 12:24 p.m., the Hon. Larry Bagnell took the Chair.

It was agreed, — That, on Thursday, November 2, 2017, the Committee meet to consider a draft report in relation to its study of services and facilities provided to Members of Parliament with young children.

It was agreed, — That the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure meet on Tuesday, October 31, 2017.

At 12:43 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
