Minutes of Proceedings
David de Burgh Graham moved, — That Arnold Chan be elected Chair of the Committee.
Anita Vandenbeld moved, — That Hon. Larry Bagnell be elected Chair of the Committee.
Pursuant to Standing Order 106(3), the election was conducted by secret ballot.
The ballots having been counted, Hon. Larry Bagnell was declared duly elected Chair.
Hon. Larry Bagnell took the Chair.
On motion of Scott Reid, it was agreed, — That Blake Richards be elected First Vice-Chair of the Committee.
On motion of Ginette Petitpas Taylor, it was agreed, — That David Christopherson be elected Second Vice-Chair of the Committee.
On motion of Randy Hoback, it was agreed, — That the Committee do now adjourn.
At 11:30 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
