The Standing Committee on Industry met at 9:07 o’clock a.m., this day, in room 371, West Block, the Chair, Susan Whelan, presiding.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee commenced a study of small business access to capital and bank loans.
Kelly Shaughnessy and John McCallum each made a statement and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.
