The Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage met in a televised session at 9:14 a.m. this day, in Room 237-C, Centre Block, the Chair, Clifford Lincoln, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Jim Abbott, Sarmite Bulte, Claude Duplain, Christiane Gagnon, Roger Gallaway, Betty Hinton, Wendy Lill, Clifford Lincoln and Tony Tirabassi.
Acting Member present: Benoit Sauvageau for Caroline St-Hilaire.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee resumed its study on the State of the Canadian Broadcasting System. (See Minutes of Proceeding, dated Thursday, November 8, 2001, Meeting No. 26).
The witnesses made statements and answered questions.
At 11:30 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
