Witnesses: Office of the Commissioner for Federal Judicial Affairs: David Gourdeau, Commissioner, Federal Judicial Affairs; Suzanne Labbé, Deputy-Commissioner, Federal Judicial Affairs. |
| Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee proceeded to a briefing session on the process leading to the nominations of the judges appointed by the federal gouvernment and the matter of bilinguism and linguistic duality. |
David Gourdeau made a statement and, with Suzanne Labbé, answered questions. |
At 10:10 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair. |
