Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(c) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, October 17, 2022, the committee resumed its study of the ArriveCAN application.

Michael Mills made a statement and, with Anita Chan, Silvana Mansour, Angela Durigan and Levent Ozmutlu, answered questions.

ORDERED, — That the clerk inform Michael Mills that the committee sends for a copy of Ritika Dutt and Amir Morv’s consent to be named in the task authorization to be provided to the clerk of the committee no later than three weeks following the adoption of this motion.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

ORDERED, — That the clerk inform Canada Border Services Agency and Public Services and Procurement Canada that the committee sends for: a) a breakdown of the $54 million that was spent on ArriveCAN; b) how much money went to each company; and that the information be provided to the clerk of the committee no later than three weeks following the adoption of this motion.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 5:34 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
