Pursuant to Standing Order 81(5) and the motion adopted by the committee on Friday, February 4, 2021, the committee commenced consideration of the Supplementary Estimates (C), 2021-22: Votes 1c and 10c under Department of Public Works and Government Services, Votes 1c and 5c under Shared Services Canada, and Votes 1c, 15c and 30c under Treasury Board Secretariat, referred to the committee on Saturday, February 19, 2022.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Friday, February 4, 2021, the committee commenced its study of Departmental Results Reports for the period ended March 31, 2021.


The Chair called Vote 1c under Treasury Board Secretariat.

The President of the Treasury Board made a statement and, with Annie Boudreau, Marie-Chantal Girard, Mona Lahaie, Samantha Tattersall, and Paul Wagner, answered questions.

At 5:06 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:09 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That, in the context of its study of air defence procurement projects, the first meeting of the work plan be adopted; that the work plan be amended; and that the analysts present a second version of the work plan for approval by the committee.

It was agreed, — That, in the context of its study of the National Shipbuilding Strategy, the first meeting of the work plan be adopted; that the work plan be amended; and that the analysts present a second version of the work plan for approval by the committee.

At 5:44 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
