Pursuant to Standing Orders 108(3)(c)(iii) and 108(3)(c)(ix) and the motions adopted by the committee on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, and on Monday, April 24, 2023, the committee resumed its study of federal government consulting contracts awarded to McKinsey & Company.

Matthew Shea and Michel Leduc made statements and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

At 4:18 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit.

At 4:41 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:07 p.m., the sitting resumed.
