Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, November 21, 2024, the committee commenced its study of the wind up of TikTok Technology Canada, Inc.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $1, 750.00, for the study of the Wind Up of TikTok Technology Canada, Inc., be adopted.

Philippe Dufresne made a statement and answered questions.

At 5:29 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
