Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, October 30, 2023, the committee commenced its study of the decision of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) to not pursue a criminal investigation in relation to the SNC-Lavalin affair.

Michael Duhaime made a statement and, with Frédéric Pincince, answered questions.

At 12:00 pm, René Villemure took the Chair.

At 12:06 pm, John Brassard took the Chair.

At 1:19 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
