The Standing Committee on Finance met at 8:39 a.m. this day, in the Salon Cartier A-B, Hotel Delta Centre-Ville, Montreal, Quebec, the Chair, Sue Barnes, presiding.

Pursuant to Standing Order 83(1), the Committee resumed its pre-budget consultations.

Panel I : Pierre Séguin, Gilbert Perreault, Richard Messier, Jacquelin Bouchard, Nicholas Brisson and Wenceslas Mamboundou made a statement and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

At 10:06 a.m., the sitting was suspended.
