Meeting No. 63

Thursday, May 9, 2002

The Standing Committee on Citizenship and Immigration met in camera at 9:11 a.m. this day, in Room 371, West Block, the Chair, Joe Fontana, presiding.

Members of the Committee present: Madeleine Dalphond-Guiral, Joe Fontana, Inky Mark, Anita Neville.

In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: Benjamin Dolin; Margaret Young, Researchers.

Pursuant to its mandate under Standing Order 108(2) and its order of February 4, 2002, the Committee resumed its study on "Competing for Immigrants".

The attention of the Chair was drawn to the lack of a quorum.

At 9:23 a.m., the Chair declared the Committee adjourned for lack of quorum.
