Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, November 22, 2016, the Committee commenced its study of the canadian infrastructure bank.

The Minister made a statement and, with Glenn R. Campbell and Jean-François Tremblay, answered questions.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, December 13, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of infrastructure and smart communities.

The Minister made a statement and, with Glenn R. Campbell and Jean-François Tremblay, answered questions.

At 12:01 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:05 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That the Committee invite the Parliamentary Budget Officer to answer questions about the new report “Canada’s New Infrastructure Plan: 1st Report to Parliament – Following the Money” and that the Parliamentary Budget Officer appear before the Committee, and that the Chair and Vice-Chairs schedule and organize the meeting.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, February 22, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) regulations.

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Study of Unmanned Air Vehicle Regulations: An Interim Report".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee request that the Government table a comprehensive response to the report.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

It was agreed, — That the analysts and the Clerk, in consultation with the Chair, prepare a news release for publication on the Committee's website and for distribution upon presentation of the report to the House.

At 12:28 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:33 p.m., the sitting resumed in public.
