The Sub-Committee on Human Rights and International Development of the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Trade met in camera at 3:40 o’clock p.m., this day, in room 208, West Block, the Chair, Colleen Beaumier, presiding.
Members of the Sub-Committee present: Jean Augustine, Colleen Beaumier, Maud Debien, Raymonde Folco.
Other Member present: Bob Mills.
In attendance: From the Parliamentary Research Branch of the Library of Parliament: Patricia Bégin and Gerald Schmitz, Research Officers.
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Sub-Committee proceeded to consider its draft report on International Child Abductions.
At 4:40 o’clock p.m., the Sub-Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
