Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, September 21, 2023, the committee commenced its study of pre-budget consultations in Advance of the 2024 Budget.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of recommendations to the Standing Committee on Finance in relation to its pre-budget consultations in advance of the 2024 budget.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, the committee resumed its study of human trafficking of women, girls and gender diverse people.

The committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That the committee meet in camera, in an informal meeting, with a delegation from the European Union on Thursday, November 9, 2023, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., on the subject of the role of Parliament in Gender-Responsive Budgeting.

ORDERED, — That the clerk of the committee make the necessary arrangements for an informal luncheon meeting on Thursday, November 9, 2023, with a delegation from the European Union.

At 6:00 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
