It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Responding to the Calls for Justice: Addressing Violence against Indigenous Women and Girls in the Context of Resource Development Projects".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

It was agreed, — That dissenting or supplementary opinions be in Calibri 12-point font, left aligned, single-spaced, and be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the clerk of the committee, not later than 12:00 (ET) on Monday, December 12, 2022.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

It was agreed, — That the clerk and analysts of the committee, in consultation with the Chair, prepare a news release for publication on the committee’s website and for distribution upon presentation of the report to the House.

It was agreed, — That the clerk of the committee make the necessary arrangements for a press conference to be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, after the presentation of the committee's report to the House on resource development and violence against indigenous women and girls; and that the committee be represented by the Chair and a representative from each party.

It was agreed, — That the committee hold two additional meetings on the study of women and girls in sport.

It was agreed, — That, for the study of women and girls in sport, the parties submit new lists of witnesses to the Clerk of the committee no later than Friday, December 16, 2022.
