Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, the committee resumed its study of mental health of young women and girls.

The committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "A Step-by-Step Approach to Supporting the Mental Health of Young Women and Girls in Canada".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the committee request that the government table a comprehensive response to the report.

It was agreed, — That dissenting or supplementary opinions be in Calibri 12-point font, left aligned, single-spaced, and be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the clerk of the committee, not later than 4:00 p.m. (EDT) on Tuesday, March 28, 2023.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

ORDERED, — That the clerk and analysts of the committee, in consultation with the Chair, prepare a news release for publication on the committee’s website and for distribution upon presentation of the report to the House.

It was agreed, — That, in the context of the study of human trafficking of women and girls and gender diverse people, a call for written briefs be issued and that the deadline for the submission of these briefs be no later than Friday, May 5, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. (EDT).

ORDERED, — That, in the context of the study of human trafficking of women and girls and gender diverse people, the analysts and the clerk, in consultation with the Chair prepare a news release for publication on the committee’s website.

At 3:50 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:05 p.m., the sitting resumed.

At 4:06 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
