Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Wednesday, May 8, 2019, the Committee resumed its study of M-208 on Rural Digital Infrastructure.

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Rural Wireless Digital Infrastructure: a Critical Role".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee request that the Government table a comprehensive response to the report.

It was agreed, — That the analysts and the Clerk, in consultation with the Chair, be authorized to finalize the pull quotes, the conclusion, and the summary of the report.

It was agreed, — That the Committee append to its report supplementary opinions immediately after the signature of the Chair, provided that they are no more than 2 pages in lenght, be in Calibri, 12 point font, left aligned, single line spacing and be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the Clerk of the Committee, not later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 14, 2019.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

At 10:05 a.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

It was agreed, — That the chair be empowered to issue a press release as per the direction of the Committee.

It was agreed, — That the English version of the 16th Committe report entitled “Statutory Review of the Copyright Act” be amended, in line 4, page 39, by adding after the word: “bargaining” the following word: “power”.

At 10:12 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
