Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on February 23, 2016, the Committee resumed an Overview of the Organizations under Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada.

Alain Beaudoin, Aime Dimatteo and Janet King made statements and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

At 5:18 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:23 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

It was agreed, — That the Committee hear witnesses from the list of potential witnesses as submitted on May 10, 12, 17 and 19 as designated by the Chair.

That the Committee travel to Montreal on June 1, 2 and 3 within the context of its study of the manufacturing sector.

At 5:56 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
