Minutes of Proceedings
It was agreed, — That, on a yearly basis, the Subcommittee submit a study budget to the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Development for the purpose of conducting a study of Human Rights Defenders in a particular region whose work merits recognition; and that the list of relevant witnesses be compiled in collaboration with Canada's missions in that region, at the request of the Subcommittee.
At 1:44 p.m., the Subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
