Minutes of Proceedings
It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.
It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "The Day After: Planning for the Protection of Religious and Ethnic Minorities in a Post-Daesh Iraq".
It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.
It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Subcommittee request that the Government table a comprehensive response to the report.
It was agreed, — That the Chair present the report to the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Development.
It was agreed, — That the analysts and the Clerk of the Subcommittee, in consultation with the Chair, prepare a news release for publication on the Subcommittee's website and for distribution upon presentation of the report to the House.
It was agreed, — That the Clerk of the Subcommittee make the necessary arrangements for a press conference to be held after the tabling of the Committee's report to the House on Yezidis, christians and other religious and ethnic minorities in Syria and Iraq; and that the Subcommittee be represented by the Chair and a representative from each party.
It was agreed, — That the draft press release be approved.
At 1:57 p.m., the Subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
