Pursuant to the motion adopted by the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Development on Thursday, February 4, 2016, and the motion adopted by the Subcommittee on Tuesday, March 20, 2018, the Subcommittee proceeded to its study on the human rights situation in Cambodia.

Kingsley Abbott and Mu Sochua made statements and answered questions.

At 2:03 p.m., the Subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
