Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, December 6, 2016, the Committee commenced its study of debt in the agriculture sector and its effects.

Tom Rosser and Michael Hoffort made statements and, with Jean-Philippe Gervais and Kara Beckles, answered questions.

At 11:57 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:05 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Paul Glenn, Justin Williams and Brady Deaton made statements and answered questions.

At 12:30 p.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

At 12:41 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
