Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, May 2, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the next agricultural policy framework.

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "The Next Agricultural Policy Framework".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee request that the Government table a comprehensive response to the report.

It was agreed, — That dissenting and/or supplementary opinions be in Arial 12 point font, single line spacing and be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the Clerk of the Committee, no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 24, 2017.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

At 12:04 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:18 p.m., the sitting resumed.

It was agreed, — That the meetings on Tuesday, March 7, and Thursday, March 9, as well as the first hour of the meeting on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 be set aside for the study of the neonicotinoid insecticide imidacloprid.

It was agreed, — That the second hour of the meeting on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 and the meeting on Thursday, March 23, 2017 be set aside for the study of the Regulation on animal transportation.

At 12:45 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
