The Standing Committee on Citizenship and Immigration met at 8:11 a.m. this day, in the Radisson Plaza Hotel Admiral Toronto, Admiral’s Ballroom, the Chair, Joe Fontana, presiding.

Members of the Committee present: Joe Fontana, Lynne Yelich.

Other Members present: Joe Comartin, Andrew Telegdi, Joe Volpe.

In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: Benjamin Dolin, Research Officer.

Pursuant to its Order of Reference of Friday, November 8, 2002, the Committee resumed consideration of Bill C-18, An Act respecting Canadian citizenship (See Minutes of Proceedings, Thursday, November 21, 2002, Meeting No. 6).
