Sean Finn, Michael Cory and Joan Hardy, by videoconference from Winnipeg, Manitoba, made statements and answered questions.

At 9:44 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 9:49 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Steve Pratte and David Bishop made statements and answered questions.

At 10:42 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
