Pursuant to the order of reference of Thursday, October 5, 2023, the committee commenced consideration of Bill S-12, An Act to Amend the Criminal Code, the Sex Offender Information Registration Act and the International Transfer of Offenders Act.

On motion of James Maloney, it was agreed, — That all the testimonies received in the committee’s study on the subject matter of Bill S-12 be deemed heard in the committee's study of the said Bill;

That the committee proceed to Clause-by-Clause study of Bill S-12 on Thursday, October 19, 2023;

That, in relation to the Clause-by-Clause study of Bill S-12 on Thursday, October 19, 2023, the deadline to submit amendments be Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at noon.
