On motion of James Maloney, it was agreed, — That all the testimonies received in the committee’s study on the subject matter of Bill S-12 be deemed heard in the committee's study of the said Bill;
That the committee proceed to Clause-by-Clause study of Bill S-12 on Thursday, October 19, 2023;
That, in relation to the Clause-by-Clause study of Bill S-12 on Thursday, October 19, 2023, the deadline to submit amendments be Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at noon.
Megan Stephens, Morrell Andrews and Suzanne Zaccour made statements and answered questions.
