Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, September 22, 2022, the committee resumed its study of Extradition Law reform.

The committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That Bill C-41, Bill C-295 and Bill S-224 be the priority of the committee for the next meetings to come.

It was agreed, — That, in relation with its study to review available international mechanisms to hold state parties and others accountable for International Atrocity Crimes (war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide), the committee submit its plan to travel to Europe to the Subcommittee on Committee Budgets of the Liaison Committee before Friday, May 19, 2023.

At 6:03 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
