Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, September 22, 2022, the committee resumed its study of Extradition Law reform.

Donald Bayne and Timothy McSorley made statements and answered questions.

At 5:36 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:39 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Janet Henchey made a statement and, with Erin McKey, answered questions.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

By unanimous consent, it was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $11,150, for the study of Extradition Law reform, be adopted.

At 6:25 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
