It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $60,050, for the study of Bill C‑59, An Act to implement certain provisions of the fall economic statement tabled in Parliament on November 21, 2023 and certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on March 28, 2023, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to the access to information request received by the Office of the Premier of Nova Scotia and communicated to the committee on Monday, April 29, 2024, the committee instruct the clerk to authorize disclosure of said documents, with the understanding that they remain protected by parliamentary privilege.
