Pierre-Olivier Pineau made a statement.

At 11:06 a.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit.

Pierre-Olivier Pineau, Sylvain Charlebois, Eleanor Noble, Marie Kelly, Benjamin Dachis and Jim Stanford made statements.

At 11:31 a.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), the sitting was suspended.

At 11:45 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Yvan Duceppe made a statement and, with Pierre-Olivier Pineau, Sylvain Charlebois, Eleanor Noble, Marie Kelly, Benjamin Dachis, Jim Stanford and François Bélanger, answered questions.

At 1:19 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
