Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, February 16, 2023, the committee resumed its study of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps and current situation in Iran.

Mahmood Amiry-Moghaddam, Thomas Juneau and Witness 1 made statements and answered questions.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget of the Subcommittee on International Human Rights in the amount of $6,800, for the study of the current situation in Ethiopia, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget of the Subcommittee on International Human Rights in the amount of $6,750, for the study of the current situation in Sudan, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $1,000, for the study of the appointment of Carolyn Bennett as Canada's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Denmark, be adopted.

At 5:58 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
