Pursuant to the order of reference of Wednesday, November 16, 2022, the committee resumed consideration of Bill C-281, An Act to amend the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Act, the Justice for Victims of Corrupt Foreign Officials Act (Sergei Magnitsky Law), the Broadcasting Act and the Prohibiting Cluster Munitions Act.

Alexe Neve and Laura Harth made statements and answered questions.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, June 20, 2022, the committee resumed its study of the sexual and reproductive health and rights of women globally.

The committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a draft report.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to the consideration of Bill S-8, An Act to amend the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, to make consequential amendments to other Acts and to amend the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, members submit their witness lists, in order of priority, by 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, April 14, 2023.

At 1:14 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
