It was agreed, — That Kelly Block be elected First Vice-Chair of the Committee.
It was agreed, — That the Committee proceed to clause-by-clause consideration of Bill C-49, An Act to amend the Canada Transportation Act and other Acts respecting transportation and to make related and consequential amendments to other Acts, on Tuesday, October 3, 2017; and that Members submit their suggested amendments to the Clerk of the Committee no later than 5:00 pm on Thursday, September 28, 2017.
It was agreed, — That the meetings on Tuesday, September 26, 2017, and Thursday, September 28, 2017, be devoted to the study of Bill S-2, An Act to amend the Motor Vehicle Safety Act and to make a consequential amendment to another Act, provided that the Order of Reference is received prior to Tuesday, September 26, 2017.
It was agreed, — That the Members submit their witness lists for Bill S-2, An Act to amend the Motor Vehicle Safety Act and to make a consequential amendment to another Act, to the Clerk of the Committee no later than 5:00 p.m. Friday, September 22, 2017.
At 3:56 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
