At 9:47 a.m., the sitting resumed.

It was agreed, — That employees of the Canada Consulate in Seattle be permitted to join the Committee for its meeting and site visit with the Port of Seattle on Friday, September 28, 2018.
It was agreed, — That, notwithstanding any routine motion, during meetings of the Committee outside of Ottawa, the Chair shall not entertain any substantive motion.
It was agreed, — That members be permitted to submit additional witness suggestions for the study of the Canadian transportation and logistics strategy (trade corridors) as the study unfolds.
At 10:45 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
