Pursuant to Standing Order 81(5), the Committee commenced consideration of the Supplementary Estimates (A), 2018-19: Vote 1a under Canadian Air Transport Security Authority, Vote 1a under Canadian Transportation Agency, Votes 1a, 5a, 10a, 15a and 20a under Department of Transport, Votes 1a, 5a and 10a under Office of Infrastructure Canada, Vote 1a under Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority, referred to the Committee on Wednesday, October 24, 2018.

The Chair called Vote 1a under Office of Infrastructure Canada.

Kelly Gillis and Bryce Phillips made statements and, with Heather Grondin, answered questions.

It was agreed, — That a proposed budget for the study of subject matter of Bill C-86, A second Act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on February 27, 2018 and other measures, for the amount of $1,801.05 be adopted.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, September 27, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the Canadian transportation and logistics strategy.

John Helin, Calvin Helin, Peter Lantin, by videoconference from Skidegate, British Columbia, Marilyn Slett, by videoconference from Bella Bella, British Columbia, and Natalie Anderson, by videoconference from Vancouver, British Columbia, made statements and answered questions.
