Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, October 31, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of intellectual property and technology transfer.

Stephen Beney, Ritch Dusome, Scott Smith, Richard Gold, by videoconference from Montréal, Quebec, and Marshall Ring, by videoconference from Winnipeg, Manitoba, made statements and answered questions.

At 10:39 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
