Minutes of Proceedings
Jerry Kroll, by videoconference from Vancouver, British Columbia, Jerry Dias and Dianne Craig made statements and, with Steve Majer and Caroline Hughes, answered questions.
Alexander Nuttall moved, — That, the Committee on Industry, Science, and Technology invite as part of the study on the manufacturing sector, representatives of Bombardier Inc. to appear at Committee before the House adjourns, and that, should this not be possible on the part of Bombardier Inc., the Committee convene a special meeting during the summer months at Bombardier Inc’s. convenience.
The question was put on the motion and it was negatived, by a show of hands: YEAS: 3; NAYS: 6.
At 5:19 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 5:24 p.m., the sitting resumed.
It was agreed, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $24,500, for the study of the manufacturing sector, be adopted.
At 5:26 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
