Alexander Nuttall moved the following motion:
That the Standing Committee on Industry, Science and Technology Development of the House of Commons invite representatives from Bombardier Inc. to speak with the committee about their current financial status, and their request for funding from the Government of Canada at their earliest convenience.
In the absence of a 48 hour notice, as required by the routine motion adopted by the Committee on February 16, 2016, the Chair ruled the motion irrecevable.
At 5:05 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 5:19 p.m., the sitting resumed.
At 6:33 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
