At 12:56 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 1:06 p.m., the sitting resumed in a televised session.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, January 31, 2019, the Committee resumed its study of the subject matter of the Supplementary Estimates (B), 2018-19: Votes 1b, 5b and 10b under Department of Employment and Social Development.

The Minister made a statement and, with Leslie MacLean and Graham Flack, answered questions.

At 2:01 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
