Kendra Milne, by teleconference from Vancouver, British Columbia, Ian Lee, Harriett McLachlan and Leilani Farha made statements and answered questions.

At 10:08 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 10:15 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 10:46 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
