The Standing Committee on Government Operations and Estimates met in a televised session at 3:29 p.m. this day, in Room 237-C, Centre Block, the Chair, Pat Martin, presiding.

 

Members of the Committee present: Scott Armstrong, Denis Blanchette, Kelly Block, Peter Braid, Ron Cannan, Linda Duncan, Jacques Gourde, Pat Martin, Hon. John McCallum, Bernard Trottier and Mike Wallace.

 

Acting Members present: Hélène LeBlanc for Jean-François Larose, Pierre Nantel for Jean-François Larose and Brad Trost for Ron Cannan.

 

In attendance: Library of Parliament: Tina Lise LeGresley, Analyst; Lindsay McGlashan, Analyst.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(c)(iii), the Committee resumed consideration of the Main Estimates 2012-2013.
 

Daniel Jean made a statement and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.
