Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, June 14, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of economic opportunities for energy efficiency in Canada.

By unanimous consent, it was agreed, — That, notwithstanding the Committee routine motion on the distribution of documents, adopted on Wednesday, February 17, 2016, the Clerk be autorized to display Brad White's Power Point presentation in English only.

Brad White made a statement and answered questions.

By videoconference from Toronto, Ontario, Terry Yound made a statement and, with Nik Schruder, answered questions.

At 11:58 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:03 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Questioning of the witnesses, with Bruce Rebel, resumed.

At 12:31 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:34 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, June 14, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of forest pests.

The Committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a report.

At 12:39 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
