Vicki Chartrand and Véronique Picard, by videoconference from Kahnawake, Quebec, made statements and answered questions.

At 12:01 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:04 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Jonathan Rudin, Melanie Omeniho and Felice Yuen made statements and answered questions.

At 1:00 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
