Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, March 8, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of violence against young women and girls in Canada.

Harvey Bate and Cathy Grant made statements and answered questions.

At 4:25 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:27 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Liette Roussel and Jenny Pinet, by videoconference from Shippagan, New Brunswick, Sandrine Ricci and Manon Bergeron, by videoconference, from Montréal, Quebec, made statements and answered questions.

At 5:29 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
